Kim describes her approach to teaching. “As
an educator my primary objective is to create a safe and
balanced learning environment. I try to provide an integrated
and challenging curriculum with appreciation and respect
for individual learning styles and needs. My goal is for
each individual to be involved in active learning and provide
opportunities to apply knowledge to real life situations.
Each student should feel safe to celebrate his/her strengths
and work to improve in areas of weakness. I aim to provide
a supportive environment to encourage individuality and foster
life-long learning.”
