Evangelism
While the spread of the gospel message is the desired outcome in each of our programs, this particular set of programs is focused on the practice of personal witness in sharing the good news.
SEED is an program that aims to inspire people to answer the call to participate in the Gospel. It equips them with confidence and conviction in the promises of Scripture. Additionally, SEED seeks to challenge pastors and elders to better train their young people, including the Sowers on the SEED team. Jesus once said, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest" (Matthew 9:37-38).T
Audio Scriptures
RMS has seen a great need to distribute the scriptures to those who need and desire to have it. In some parts of the world, the written Word is not feasible for people groups that are oral in their communication. Therefore, RMS is working with agencies that produce Audio Scriptures in the native languages where we serve. Currently, we are working on recording the Bible in Quechua, a native language of the Andes region of South America. We are also working on recording the Bible in Newari for the people of Nepal. So far, both dialects have the New Testament recorded. Please pray that this work will not be hindered and can be completed in the near future.
Education
RMS is dedicated to spreading the Gospel message through education. The Reformed faith has played a vital role in the growth of the church in the West. However, there are still many areas of the world where this understanding of the Bible has not yet reached. RMS is thankful for the opportunity to travel to these regions and introduce the creeds and confessions of the Reformed faith through seminars and conferences. This educational initiative aims to provide a deeper understanding of the Bible to those who may not otherwise have access to such teaching.
We also occasionally host seminars here in the United States. If your church is interested in hosting a seminar or learning more about this opportunity, please contact Rob at rob@rms.org.
